We’re doing an almost half-HYROX for this week’s Sunday session. Grab your partner and have a go at putting the running and workout stations together.

Heats will run every 10 minutes and will start sharp on time.

Only one partner needs to book a starting time on behalf of you both. Quantity of 1 means one pair.

Please arrive with enough time to warm up before your start time. You will need to do a self warm-up.

The workout will be:

In Pairs (run together, split reps however you see fit)

  • 500m Run

  • 500m Ski

  • 500m Run

  • 30m Sled Push

  • 500m Run

  • 40m Burpee Broad Jump

  • 500m Run

  • 500m Row

  • 500m Run

  • 100m Farmers Carry

  • 500m Run

  • 50m Sandbag Lunge

  • 1000m Run

  • 50 Wallballs

Note: There will be no Sled Pull station. The last run is 1000m rather than 500m.
