The Stables has been established on the Sunshine Coast for over 10 years and is a unique training facility, primarily offering CrossFit classes.
We are also home to Vitality, a recovery facility equipped with compression boots, massage guns, infrared saunas, ice baths and a shower facility.
We are also proud to host The Fittest Events.
The Fittest 3 and The Fittest 4 events are held each year, where athletes gather from around Queensland in teams of 3 and teams of 4 to compete for the title.
WHAT’S ON OFFER?
CROSSFIT
The magic is in the movements. Workouts are different every day and modified to help each athlete achieve their goals. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone—people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.
PERSONAL TRAINING
We take great pride in having fantastic personal trainers. If you’re looking for more accountability and focus when it comes to training, we highly suggest going one-on-one with one of our personal trainers. Additionally, if you are a competitive or professional athlete, our trainers who have vast experience training athletes in a variety of sports.
OPEN GYM
We offer open gym to members to train outside of class times. Open gym is included with a full-time membership and a one-off purchase of a gym access fob.
RECOVERY FACILITY
We are proud to offer a full recovery facility located in-house at The Stables. We are equipped with compression boots, massage guns, infrared saunas, ice baths and a shower facility.
MEET THE TEAM
ANTHONY GARCIA
Anthony has been part of the CrossFit community for the past 8 years and has had a long time relationship with sports. He grew up playing football (gridiron), basketball and baseball, but naturally gravitated toward baseball, which lead him to play at the collegiate level.
He considers CrossFit a passion and has recently become a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer to learn more about this ever evolving sport. When he’s not in the gym, you’ll see him out having a surf!

Callum Barnard
From a young age, Callum was a talented cricket player and rugby union player. His journey to improve his strength and physique to improve his performance in his sport, led him to falling in love with training in the gym. He started training every day and thrived off achieving goals and pushing his body to new limits.
Callum found CrossFit and registered for his first CrossFit Open in 2015 and again in 2016, where he placed 36th in Australia in the teen’s category. His enjoyment in the industry set him on a path to become a qualified professional and to pursue a career in health and fitness.
Callum has a passion for showing young people the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle. His knowledge, passion and enthusiasm makes him a great trainer and he is a fine example of living an active and balanced lifestyle.
QUALIFICATIONS

TAYLA STEPHENS
A fierce CrossFit athlete and up there with the best amongst her age group, Tayla lives and breathes CrossFit. She has been doing CrossFit for 10 years and is also a part of the Australian Weightlifting Youth Squad.
Tayla is currently completing her Cert III in Fitness with us at The Stables. Along with competing, she has a passion and drive to help people improve and enhance their fitness capacity.

Currently Completing - Sport and Exercise Degree
Harry Rowsell
Harry has been doing CrossFit since 2012 and having fun doing local competitive competitions across Victoria. He is an avid AFL, Swimmer and Martial Arts competitior.
Harry’s current passion is Olympic Lifting, Fitness and Teaching others how to do it for life!
Harry has been a CrossFit Coach for three years and is currently completing a Certificate IV in Fitness & PT to further his understanding and qualifications for health and training for longevity .
If you don’t see him in the gym, you’ll find him watching his Formula 1.
