Brisbane HYROX Prep Simulation - Sunday 22 March
In the lead up to Brisbane HYROX, we’re setting up a HYROX simulation workout, hosted at CrossFit The Stables. This will be a great way to see where your fitness is at a few weeks out from the big race day!
This is open to everyone (members and non-members welcome).
How to get involved:
Book a heat start time. Heats will run every 6 minutes and will start sharp on time.
Start times are $30 per slot. You can use this slot as a solo or pair.
Show up on Sunday 22 March and see how you’re tracking ahead of Brisbane HYROX.
If you are going to complete the simulation as a pair, you only need to book ONE slot - $30 only! Please specify when checking out if you will be doing the simulation solo or in a pair.
Note: If completing solo, you will do everything listed. If completing in pairs, you will do all the runs together and then split the reps however you see fit.

Please arrive with enough time to warm up before your start time. You will need to do a self warm-up.
Note: If you are looking to track your time, please ensure you have a watch or smart watch to record this. We will not be providing any official time tracking.
